Returns and exchanges 

1. On the Protection of Certain Consumer Rights and on the Responsibility for Damage Caused by a Dangerous Product", the Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason within 14 days. In the event of a written withdrawal from the contract, the customer is required to return the goods within 14 days. The condition is the return of the goods, at the expense of the Buyer, purchased at the store www.natimi.eu, to the address of the Seller's registered office along with a statement of the situation. 

2. The shipment referred to in point 1 should be properly packed so that the goods are not damaged during transport. 

3. The returned goods must meet the following conditions:
a. the goods cannot be damaged or used, the product markings and labels must not be removed,
b. the goods must be complete if they consist of several parts,
c. the goods must be returned in their original packaging,

d. the proof of purchase should be attached to the returned goods. 

4. Returns will not be accepted even if one of the conditions listed in item 3 is not met. 

5. Refunds will be made within 5 business days from the moment the goods are delivered to the Seller's premises:

by transfer to the account indicated by the Buyer or by postal order to the address indicated. 

COD packages will not be collected. 

1. Goods purchased from the store are brand new and have a manufacturer's or distributor's warranty. In the case of technical defects of the product or possible erroneous shipping, please contact the store immediately to discuss the details of how to solve the problem.The product will be exchanged for a new one (repaired), or we will refund the money for the goods and shipping costs to the indicated account. When sending your shipment, include information on the situation as well as information on how and where the amount should be returned. 

2. Claims regarding wrong color or shade of goods, resulting from the individual computer settings of the Buyer, will not be considered by the Seller. 

.3. In the case of damage to the packaging or protective tape during delivery, a parcel damage report should be filed in the presence of the courier/postman.Claims will be considered only on the basis of the report confirmed by the delivery agent. 

4. In the case of an unjustified claim, the returned goods will be sent back to the Buyer, or they will remain at the Seller’s office awaiting collection for 14 days from the day the claim is considered.
